Treasurer
Dominic joined the Board in 2017 and has served as Secretary and Treasurer. He brings senior human-resources experience and a strong commitment to Recovery Cymru’s community across Cardiff and the Vale.

Secretary
Susie brings lived experience alongside a long career in occupational therapy, peer learning and operational leadership. Her journey through membership, volunteering and employment gives the Board valuable insight into Recovery Cymru’s community model.

Trustee
Steve became a Recovery Cymru member in 2020 and experienced the strength of its online peer community. He draws on his RAF career and lived experience to support and empower people affected by substance use.

Louisa brings a decade of fundraising experience across arts and health charities, including corporate partnerships, individual giving and legacies. She is proud to help guide Recovery Cymru as it grows.

Amanda-Jane works in supported housing and brings expertise in organisational governance and gender equality. She uses this knowledge to support Recovery Cymru’s community and charitable purpose.

Ruth works in digital transformation and brings experience in customer-first product development and communications. She was introduced to Recovery Cymru through the Lloyds Bank Foundation.

Simon has volunteered with Recovery Cymru since 2020. His lived experience of recovery and commitment to peer support motivate him to champion the community’s work for the future.
